Nashville wedding at Church of the Assumption

John + Jessica’s Nashville wedding was a DREAM.

The two chose to tie the knot at the oldest Catholic Church in Nashville after Jessica + her tribe got ready at their house and John + his boys got ready at his parents’ house less than a mile from each other.

Seeing Jessica getting ready in her home was so special. Her two dogs Bella + Diva were there with her, the girls celebrated with muffins + mimosas, and it was very relaxed + fun!

A classic ceremony + reception at Nashville’s Church of the Assumption

Their ceremony took place in one of the most gorgeous churches I’ve ever been privileged to be in. Afterwards the two celebrated with friends + family right next door with lunch + dancing!

Jessica being a HUGE Harry Potter fan (Team Gryffindor!!) she had the perfect magical touches to her wedding day. (Take a peek at her HP pop socket on her phone.) In fact, John even proposed to her AT HOGWARTS at Universal Studios! He got a special copy of one of the books to hold her engagement ring, which we used for some ring photos! He also had some chocolates for her + her bridesmaids with a note straight from Professor Lupin himself. The two also had wands for guests to use for their send off!

Magical smoke bomb portraits

Even though I only had Slytherin colors (SO SORRY JESSICA!) the newlyweds were down to take some smoke bombs portraits worthy of being hung in Dumbledore’s office.

Being a part of Jessica + John’s wedding day was such an honor + so much fun.
